Terms of Service

Prices shown are starting prices for a vehicle in ordinary condition. If the work needed turns out to be materially different once we see the car, we will tell you and re-quote before starting rather than adding to the bill at collection.

Detailing appointments commit a bay for several hours, so we ask for twenty-four hours' notice to cancel or move one. Wash services do not need an appointment.

We inspect and photograph each vehicle before work begins. Pre-existing damage — stone chips, deep scratches, failing lacquer, previous poor repairs — is recorded and pointed out to you. Some of it cannot be corrected, and we will say so before taking the work on.

We are insured for the work we carry out. We are not liable for faults that existed before the vehicle arrived, or for damage arising from modifications or previous repairs we were not told about.
